Completely furnished for 2-5 people. Bed linens, dishes, pots & pans, lobster pot, silverware. Stove top and microwave. No ovens.
Please bring your own beach and bath towels.
Sorry, credit cards not accepted.
Deposit: $300 required. Must be received within 7 days of making reservation to confirm.
Additional $100 cleaning deposit.
$100 cancellation fee per week on all confirmed reservations.
Remainder due one month before arrival date.
Saturday to Saturday reservations.
30 day cancellation notice required for refund minus cancellation fee.
Extra $10/day per person for parties over 5 persons.
Check in between 3:00p.m. - 6:00p.m.
Check out by 10:00 a.m.
